Have I ever mentioned on here how crazy I am about New York City? My dream is to live there someday, but for now I just take weekend trips. I'm about to head off on one of those in a couple hours, so I'll see you all back here next week. I'll have pictures, stories (funny ones, I hope), and the recipe for something I always eat when I'm in New York: The World's Most Awesome Spinach Dip, as only my Upper East Side-dwelling friend Courtney can make it.
